EU Digital Services

Senast uppdaterad 3 nov. 2026 · Tzion Media SLU

This page gathers the information required by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act ("DSA"), for Sexties: who to contact, how to report illegal content, how we moderate, how to complain, how recommendations and advertising work, and how we protect minors. Tzion Media SLU is established in Spain.

1.Points of contact (Articles 11 and 12)

  • Single point of contact for Member State authorities, the Commission and the European Board for Digital Services: dsa@sexties.com (authorities may also use lawenforcement@sexties.com).
  • Single point of contact for users of the Service: dsa@sexties.com and support@sexties.com. People, not only automated tools, read these addresses.
  • Languages: English and Spanish.
  • As Tzion Media SLU is established in the European Union, no legal representative under Article 13 is needed.

2.Reporting illegal content (Article 16)

Anyone can notify us of content that they consider illegal. You can use the contact form (topic "Report content") or write to abuse@sexties.com; use child-safety@sexties.com for minors, removal@sexties.com for material without consent and dmca@sexties.com for copyright. For us to act quickly your notice should contain:

  • a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content illegal;
  • the exact URL or URLs, and any further information that helps to find the content;
  • your name and email address, except for reports of child sexual abuse material and similar offences, which can be anonymous;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the information is accurate and complete.

We confirm receipt if you gave an address, decide in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective way, and tell you what we decided and how to seek redress. A notice with this information can give us knowledge of illegal content for the purposes of liability. A report through the form with a link to one of our videos or shorts takes that piece off the site at once, until a person has decided.

3.Our moderation (Articles 14 and 15)

What may not appear is set out in the Content Rules, and what we do about minors in the Child Safety Policy.

Automated means: systems check the text and key frames of videos before publication; rule-based filters check search words; and rate limits apply to reports and messages. These tools can make mistakes in both directions, so they stop or hold material, and doubts go to a person. A model never confirms that someone is an adult.

Human review: our team looks at held and reported material, and reviews pieces before they reach wide distribution. Complaints are decided by a person.

Possible measures: removal or restriction of material, reduced visibility, limits on publishing or commenting, suspension or closure of an account.

4.Statement of reasons (Article 17)

If we restrict your material or your account, we tell you clearly and specifically, at the latest when the restriction takes effect, and if we have your email address: what we did and how far it goes; the facts and the circumstances; whether automated means were used; the legal or contractual ground; and how to seek redress. We may hold back this information where the material is deceptive high-volume commercial content, or where a law enforcement authority so requires.

5.Complaints (Article 20)

For at least six months from a decision you may complain free of charge to appeals@sexties.com, whether you are the person who sent a notice or the person whose material or account was affected. This covers removal or restriction of material, suspension or closure of an account, and our decision not to act on your notice.

Please say which decision you mean and why you disagree. A person handles your complaint, not only an automated tool, in a timely, non-discriminatory, diligent and non-arbitrary way. If you are right, we reverse the decision without delay. We tell you the reasoned result and the options that remain.

6.Out-of-court dispute settlement and courts (Article 21)

You can also choose any out-of-court dispute settlement body certified by a Digital Services Coordinator. The European Commission publishes the list: https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/policies/dsa-out-court-dispute-settlement. Its decisions do not bind us, but we will engage with it in good faith. This does not affect your right to go to court at any time, or to complain to the Digital Services Coordinator of the country where you live; in Spain this is the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (https://www.cnmc.es).

7.Misuse (Article 23)

After a prior warning we may suspend, for a reasonable period, accounts that often publish manifestly illegal content, and we may stop processing notices and complaints from those who often send manifestly unfounded ones. We weigh the number of cases, their proportion, how serious they are and what appears to be the intention.

8.Suspected serious crimes (Article 18)

If we become aware of information giving rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence that threatens the life or safety of a person has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place, we inform the law enforcement or judicial authorities of the Member State concerned without delay.

9.Recommendations (Article 27)

Lists on the Service such as the home page, the short clips and "up next" are put together by a recommender system. The main things that decide what you see, roughly in order of importance, are:

  • what you watch: how much of each video you watched and whether you finished it, turned into weights for categories and for traits of each video;
  • what others do: how often a piece is opened after being shown, and how much of it is watched;
  • how new it is, and how far along its review stages it has gone;
  • variety: what you have just seen is held back, and the same category is shown less often when you have had many in a row;
  • what you are looking at now, the language and the catalogue.

Your options: you can erase your profile, or turn it off, with the buttons at the end of the Privacy Policy. With it off, recommendations are the same for everyone, so they are not based on your profile. Lists you pick yourself, such as newest, most viewed, top rated or a single category, follow their own named order.

10.Advertising (Article 26)

Advertising is marked as such on the Service. On request, at ads@sexties.com or dsa@sexties.com, we will tell you for each banner on whose behalf it is shown and who paid for it. Each banner is chosen on our servers from the slot, the catalogue and, if your recommendation profile is on, the categories in it. There is more in the Privacy Policy. If you are a member and publish commercial content yourself, you must say so when you publish it.

11.Protecting minors (Article 28)

The Service is for adults, and its terms say so. We ask for confirmation at the entry screen, label every page for parental filters, block searches that point at minors, and apply the Child Safety Policy. Do not use the Service if you are under 18.

12.Transparency reports and numbers (Articles 15 and 24)

As far as the DSA applies to us, we publish reports on our moderation on this page, and, on request of the competent authorities, information on the average number of monthly active recipients of the Service in the Union. We are not a very large online platform under the DSA.
