Authorities and Law Enforcement

Senast uppdaterad 3 nov. 2026 · Tzion Media SLU

This page is for police, courts, prosecutors and regulators. It explains how to send a request to Tzion Media SLU about Sexties, what data we can provide and what we cannot. Requests: lawenforcement@sexties.com. This page does not apply to private individuals: see the Legal Notice.

1.How to send a request

Write from an official address to lawenforcement@sexties.com, or to dsa@sexties.com for authorities acting under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. We work in English and Spanish. Please state: the authority and the officer; the legal basis; the exact links, usernames or email addresses concerned, and the period; the deadline; and whether we may tell the user.

Formal service of documents goes to Tzion Media SLU, Spain.

2.Orders against illegal content and for information (Articles 9 and 10 DSA)

We act on orders issued by the competent judicial or administrative authorities and tell the authority without undue delay what was done and when. Tzion Media SLU is established in Spain. Authorities from outside the European Union should use the applicable mutual legal assistance channels. We may ask for such a channel to be used where the law requires it, and we review each request for validity and proportionality.

3.Preservation

We will preserve specific data on a substantiated request from a competent authority, while the formal order is obtained. Because most data here is short-lived, please write as soon as you can. The periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.

4.What we hold, and what we do not

  • Accounts: email address, username, when it was created, IP address and browser of active sessions, and what the account published.
  • Connection logs: up to 14 days; they are not linked to accounts.
  • Contact messages: as sent. With a hash of the connection address and not the address itself.
  • Visitors with no account: no identity. A random identifier in a cookie, with a profile and events that hold no IP address.
  • Origin of a piece in the catalogue: where we have it, the source from which it was taken.
  • We hold no payment data, because we take no payments.

5.Emergencies

If there is an immediate threat to the life or safety of a person, write to lawenforcement@sexties.com with "EMERGENCY" in the subject, and to child-safety@sexties.com if a child is concerned. Explain the threat and the data you need. We will consider voluntary disclosure as far as the law allows.

6.Telling the user

We may inform the person concerned about a request for their data unless the law, an order or a substantiated request forbids it, or doing so would put someone at risk.
