Terms of Service

最終更新 2026/11/03 · Tzion Media SLU

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Sexties (the "Service"), operated by Tzion Media SLU, Spain ("we", "us"). They are a contract between you and us. Please read them, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Content Rules, which form part of them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1.Who may use the Service

The Service contains sexually explicit material intended only for adults. You may access it only if all of the following are true:

  • you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you are, if that is higher;
  • viewing sexually explicit material is lawful where you are, and you choose to view it;
  • you will not show the Service to minors, and you will keep your devices and your account out of their reach;
  • you have not been barred from the Service by us.

The entry screen asks you to confirm these points. Giving a false answer is a breach of these Terms. Some countries and regions limit access to adult material or require specific age checks; it is your responsibility not to use the Service where doing so is unlawful, and we may restrict access from any place where we are required to.

2.What the Service is

The Service lets you watch videos and short clips, browse them by category, receive recommendations, and, with an account, keep playlists and a history, comment, react, subscribe, publish clips, GIFs and images cut from videos in the catalogue, and take part in community contests. Contests carry no prize of any kind.

The videos in the catalogue come from third-party sources. We do not produce them. Titles, descriptions, categories and translations may be generated or assisted by automated systems and may contain errors. They describe the material for search and recommendation and are not statements of fact about any person.

The Service is free of charge and is financed by advertising. We offer no paid plan and take no payment from visitors.

3.Accounts

You do not need an account to watch. To create one you give an email address, a username and a password. You must give true information, keep your password confidential and tell us at support@sexties.com at once if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for what is done under your account unless you show that it was not your fault.

One person may hold one account. Your username must not impersonate anyone, and must not refer to minors or to anything forbidden by the Content Rules.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and removes what you made with it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • publish, link to, request or discuss in a sexual way any material involving a person under 18, or anything else forbidden by the Content Rules;
  • publish anything you do not have the right to publish, or material showing a person who did not consent to it;
  • harass, threaten, dox, impersonate or defame any person, including the people who appear in videos;
  • try to identify, locate or contact any person who appears in a video;
  • scrape, crawl, mirror or download content by automated means, other than ordinary search engine indexing allowed by our robots.txt file, or get around any measure that limits access to the Service, including the entry screen;
  • interfere with the Service, overload it, probe its security outside the terms of our security policy (see the Legal Notice), or use it to spread malware or unsolicited messages;
  • manipulate views, votes, reactions, contests or recommendations, including with bots or multiple accounts;
  • submit reports, notices or complaints that you know to be false;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5.What you publish

Comments, playlists, albums, clips, GIFs, images, usernames, profile text and anything else you submit ("User Content") remain yours, to the extent they were yours in the first place. Cutting a clip from a video in the catalogue gives you no right over that video.

So that we can run the Service you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, transcode, translate, display and distribute your User Content on the Service and to show it in the promotion of the Service, for as long as it stays on the Service and for the short time it takes to remove it from our systems and backups.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence, and that your User Content complies with these Terms and with the law. You alone are responsible for it. We do not check everything before it appears, and we do not endorse it.

6.Moderation and enforcement

We review and restrict material and accounts under the Content Rules and the EU Digital Services page, which describe the tools we use, automated and human, the reasons we may act and how to complain. We may remove or limit content, suspend or close an account, and block access where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms or the law have been broken. We tell you why when the law requires it, unless a legal duty or a safety reason prevents it.

You may complain about a decision at appeals@sexties.com within six months. Our suspension of an account for serious or repeated breach, or for the protection of minors, may be immediate and final.

7.Intellectual property

The software, design, name and logos of the Service belong to us or to our licensors. Videos belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right in them other than to view them on the Service for your own private, non-commercial use.

If you believe that material on the Service infringes your rights, see the Copyright Policy. If it shows you without your consent, see Consent and Removal.

8.Advertising and third-party links

The Service shows advertising, marked as such. To improve your experience it is personalised and handled anonymously: banners are chosen from the categories in your recommendation profile, we never use your IP address, name or email address to choose them, and we do not link a banner to you. You can turn this off at the end of the Privacy Policy.

We are not party to anything you agree with an advertiser and we are not responsible for what advertisers or linked websites offer or do, or for how they use your data once you leave the Service. Advertisers and other questions about advertising: ads@sexties.com.

9.Personal data

How we handle your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is information about our processing and not a contract term. Where we rely on your consent, that consent is separate from these Terms and you may withdraw it at any time.

10.Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or that any given video will stay available. Material can be removed at any time, including at the request of its owners, of the people in it or of the authorities. We may change, limit or end the Service or any part of it. Where a change seriously affects you we will tell you in advance on the Service, and by email if you have an account, unless it must be made at once for legal or safety reasons.

11.Warranties

Apart from what the law requires, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that it will suit a particular purpose or that it will be free of errors.

If you are a consumer you keep every right that mandatory law gives you, including the statutory rights on the conformity of digital content and services under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and its national implementations. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

12.Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Within those limits, and because the Service is free, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred euros (EUR 100). Where mandatory consumer law gives you more, it prevails.

For material stored at the request of others, our liability is governed by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 and by Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services.

13.Your responsibility to us

If you use the Service for business, or as far as consumer law allows, you will compensate us for claims made against us by third parties, and the reasonable costs of defending them, that result from your User Content or from your breach of these Terms, unless you were not at fault.

14.Ending the contract

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may close an account or end access under the section on moderation and enforcement, or, for a reason other than a breach, with reasonable notice. The sections that by their nature should last, such as those on licences already exercised, liability and governing law, remain in force after the end.

15.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, technical or operational reasons. The date at the top of this page is the date of the last revision. If a change is significant we will announce it on the Service and, if you have an account, by email, at least 15 days before it takes effect unless the law or a safety reason requires otherwise. If you disagree you may stop using the Service and delete your account. Continued use after that date means you accept the new text.

16.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile. In every other case the courts of the registered seat of Tzion Media SLU have jurisdiction.

Please write to us first at legal@sexties.com: most disputes can be settled that way. We are not bound to take part in consumer dispute resolution before an arbitration body, except where the law so requires. Disputes about moderation decisions may also go to a certified out-of-court body, as explained on the EU Digital Services page.

17.General

If a clause is held invalid, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer the Service and these Terms to another company that continues it, in which case we will tell you and you may end the contract. These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. They are written in English; a translation offered by your browser is for convenience only.
