Consent and Removal

最終更新 2026/11/03 · Tzion Media SLU

If you appear on Sexties and did not agree to it, or no longer want to be there, write to removal@sexties.com. You do not need to prove copyright, and you do not need a lawyer. This page is also our notice-and-removal process under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act and covers requests under data protection law.

1.Who can ask

  • Any person who appears in material on the Service, for any of these reasons: it was shared without consent, including leaks, hidden-camera material and so-called revenge porn; it is an artificial image of them, such as a deepfake; they were forced or coerced; they were under 18 at the time (see the Child Safety Policy); they have withdrawn their agreement; or they simply want it removed.
  • Somebody authorised to act for them, such as a parent, a lawyer or a support organisation.

To remove material on the ground of copyright only, use the Copyright Policy.

2.What to send

Send an email to removal@sexties.com with:

  • the link or links to the material, or enough information for us to find it;
  • a short statement that you believe in good faith that it was published without consent, or that you want it removed and why;
  • your physical or electronic signature, which can be your typed name, or that of the person acting for you, with a note of the authority to do so;
  • a way to reach you. An email address is enough.

We do not ask for a photo of your identity document as a matter of course. If we cannot be sure that a request is genuine, we will ask for the minimum needed and delete it afterwards. Please do not send intimate images to us.

3.What we do, and how fast

We remove the material as soon as we can and, for a valid request, in any case within 48 hours of receiving it, as the TAKE IT DOWN Act requires. We also take reasonable steps to find and remove copies of the same material on the Service, including clips, GIFs and images cut from it.

When material is definitively removed, it is deleted from our storage and purged from our delivery network, and it leaves search results on our site. We will confirm this to you. Copies can stay for a short time in search engines and other websites that we do not control.

4.Other ways to protect yourself

  • StopNCII.org helps adults block intimate images across participating platforms without sharing the images themselves: https://stopncii.org
  • Take It Down, for images taken when you were under 18: https://takeitdown.ncmec.org
  • In Spain, the priority channel of the data protection authority takes urgent action against sexual or violent content shared without consent: https://www.aepd.es/canalprioritario
  • The police, for any crime committed against you.

5.If material of yours was removed

If you think that a removal was a mistake, write to appeals@sexties.com within six months. We do not restore material simply because a complaint is made if a person says that they appear in it without consent, until the matter has been clarified.

6.Your data in the process

We use what you send only to handle the request, to show that we handled it and to prevent the material from returning. See the Privacy Policy. Knowingly false requests can have legal consequences.
