This Privacy Policy describes how Tzion Media SLU ("we") collects, uses and shares personal data when you use Sexties (the "Service"). We keep it deliberately short: we collect little, we sell nothing, and you can ask us about your data at support@sexties.com.
1.Who is responsible
The data controller is Tzion Media SLU, , Spain. Questions and requests about personal data: support@sexties.com.
2.What we collect
- Server logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp, kept for security and abuse prevention.
- Account data: email address, username and a salted password hash, when you register.
- Activity: the videos you like, comment on or add to playlists, and the channels you subscribe to, so the Service can show them back to you.
- Preferences: your language and your age-confirmation, stored in cookies.
- Recommendation profile: weights derived from what you watch, for categories and for traits we record about each video but do not show (what happens, the setting, how it is made and how the people on screen look, such as hair, build or an ethnic description; never a name or an age), and the last videos you opened. It is kept on our servers, not in your browser, under a random identifier stored in the `vid` cookie, and used to recommend videos and shorts, to order pages and to choose banners. Every visitor who passes the entry screen gets one. What you watch can say something about your sexual interests, so we keep the profile separate from your name and email unless you sign in, in which case your account keeps a copy. It is never shared or sold.
- Usage events: which videos and clips appeared on your screen, which you opened or played and for how many seconds, with the time, under the same random identifier. They measure and improve the recommendations. They do not include your IP address, your browser or your account, only whether you were signed in, and they are kept in our own database, on our server. If you erase or turn off your profile we stop recording events under that identifier and delete those already recorded within 48 hours.
3.Why we process it and on what basis
To provide the Service you asked for (performance of a contract); to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest); to remember your choices (consent, expressed by the choice itself); to recommend content from what you watch (consent, given on the entry screen, which you can withdraw at any time at the end of this page); and to comply with legal obligations such as record-keeping and responding to lawful requests.
4.Cookies
We set first-party cookies only: `age_ok` (age confirmation, 30 days), `locale` (language, 90 days), `vid` (the random identifier of your recommendation profile and usage events, signed, from the first time something appears on your screen after the entry screen, 60 days, or your choice to turn the profile off, 1 year), `visit` (when you last visited, 90 days), `section` (the catalogue you are browsing, encrypted, 30 days), `country` (the country you picked, 1 year) and a session cookie when you sign in. None of them contains what you watch. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Advertising banners are displayed in an isolated frame that cannot read our cookies.
5.Advertising
Banners are selected on our servers using the recommendation profile described above. Advertisers receive impression counts only; they never receive your profile, your IP address or your identity from us.
6.Sharing
We share personal data only with processors that host and operate the Service under contract (hosting, email delivery), with authorities when legally compelled, and with a successor in the event of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal data.
7.Retention
Server logs: 30 days. Account and activity data: until you delete your account, then removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law. Usage events: up to 90 days. Recommendation profile: one day until it holds three signals, then 60 days after your last activity, or until you erase it; it can be lost sooner, as it is kept in memory. Cookies: as listed above.
8.Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can erase your recommendation profile or turn it off yourself at the end of this page; we cannot find it from your email, as it is not linked to it unless you sign in. For anything else write to support@sexties.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9.Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled systems. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.
10.Children
The Service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, contact support@sexties.com and we will delete it.
11.Changes
We may update this Policy. The date at the top indicates the last revision; material changes will be announced on the Service.
Your recommendation profile
This acts on this browser and, if you are signed in, on your account. Turned off, you still get recommendations, but they are the same for everyone.
