Content Rules

Ultimo aggiornamento: 3 nov 2026 · Tzion Media SLU

These rules say what may not appear on Sexties, whether it comes from our catalogue or from a member. They apply to videos, clips, GIFs, images, titles, comments, usernames, profiles, playlists, albums, advertising and anything else on the Service. They form part of the Terms of Service.

1.What is never allowed

We remove the following at once, close the accounts involved and, where the law requires or the facts warrant it, report to the authorities:

  • anything showing, describing or sexualising a person under 18, real or depicted, or any material in which a person appears to be under 18, whatever the claimed age (see the Child Safety Policy);
  • anything showing or suggesting actual non-consent, coercion, trafficking, or a person unable to agree, whether through sleep, drugs, alcohol or any other cause;
  • intimate images shared without the consent of the person shown, including hidden-camera material, so-called revenge porn and leaks;
  • deepfakes and other artificial material that shows a real, identifiable person in a sexual way;
  • drawn, animated or computer-generated sexual material, and material of celebrities;
  • sexual material involving animals;
  • real violence, serious bodily harm, mutilation or death;
  • incitement to hatred or violence against a person or group, terrorist content, threats and doxing;
  • material offered for money or in exchange for sexual services, solicitation of prostitution and human trafficking;
  • malware, phishing and spam;
  • anything else that is illegal under applicable law.

2.Consensual adult themes

Consensual fantasy between adults, including roleplay, BDSM and fetishes, is allowed so long as it does not break any of the above. If what a video shows reads as a real absence of consent rather than an agreed scene, or if an age or consent is in doubt, it is held or removed. The laws of some countries prohibit certain themes between adults; you are responsible for complying with the law where you are, and we may restrict material from a place where we are required to.

3.How material reaches the site

Before publication, our systems check the text and key frames of each video against the rules above. Clear signs of forbidden material eliminate it. Any doubt about age holds it for a person to look at: no automated system decides that somebody is an adult. Published material passes through stages, and before it reaches wide distribution a person reviews it. Searches for words that point at minors, at people unable to agree or at animals get no results.

No check is perfect, and these steps do not recognise all material. That is why reports from visitors matter.

4.Reporting

Anyone can report, without an account:

Please give the exact link and say why the material is illegal or breaks these rules. Details of what a notice should contain are on the EU Digital Services page.

5.What we can do

Depending on how serious and how repeated a breach is, we may: remove or hide material; lower how often it is shown; stop an account from publishing or commenting; suspend or close an account; and report to the authorities. A definitive removal for safety reasons also deletes the material from our storage and our delivery network.

If a decision concerns material or an account of yours, we tell you the reasons and how to complain, unless the law or a safety reason prevents it. You have six months to appeal to appeals@sexties.com.

6.False reports

Reports are taken seriously, and restoring material is easy, so please do not abuse this. If someone repeatedly sends reports that are manifestly unfounded, we may ignore them for a reasonable period after a warning. Likewise we may suspend, after a warning, accounts that often publish manifestly illegal content.
