Copyright Policy (DMCA)

Dernière mise à jour le 3 nov. 2026 · Tzion Media SLU

Tzion Media SLU respects the rights of copyright owners. Videos on Sexties come from third-party sources and we do not claim to own them. If you own the rights to material on the Service and did not authorise it, tell us at dmca@sexties.com and we will remove it. We respond to notices that comply with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), and to notices under Directive 2000/31/EC, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 and Spanish law.

1.Where to send a notice

By email to dmca@sexties.com. This is the fastest way. By post: Tzion Media SLU, Spain, Attn: Copyright. If you are a regular rights holder and have many works, write to us and we will agree a way to work together, including removing all the material of your catalogue that we can find.

2.How to file a notice

A notice should include:

  • the URL or URLs of the material you claim is infringing, so that we can find it;
  • the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if several;
  • your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We may be unable to act on incomplete notices, and we will tell you what is missing. Knowingly claiming falsely that material infringes can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

3.What happens next

When we receive a valid notice we remove or disable the material promptly, usually within one business day, including clips, GIFs and images cut from it, and we keep a record of the notice. If a member published it, we tell them and may give them a copy of the notice. We can remove your personal contact details from that copy on request, as far as the procedure allows.

4.Counter-notification

If you published material that was removed and you believe that this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@sexties.com containing:

  • the material removed, and where it was;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address and telephone number;
  • your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at your address (or, if you are outside the United States, of the courts where Tzion Media SLU is located), and to accept service from the complainant;
  • your signature.

Unless the complainant informs us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days. This does not apply to material removed on another ground, such as lack of consent or the safety of minors. You can also complain under the EU Digital Services page.

5.Repeat infringers

We keep a record of notices. Accounts that receive three valid notices within twelve months are closed, and we may close them earlier in serious cases.

6.Other rights

If you appear in material without having agreed to it, you do not need copyright to have it removed: see Consent and Removal. For minors, see the Child Safety Policy. Trademark and other complaints can be sent to legal@sexties.com.
