18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

1.Who produces the material

Tzion Media SLU does not produce the videos shown on Sexties, and does not hire, contract, manage or otherwise arrange for the participation of the people who appear in them. Those videos come from third-party sources, and their original producers are responsible for keeping the records that these provisions require of them.

2.Age of the people depicted

Sexties allows only material with adults. Material in which any person appears to be under 18 is not allowed, whatever the title or the source says. Any doubt about age holds or removes the material. See the Child Safety Policy.

Where a source or the original material names a producer or a custodian of records, that information belongs to them. Where we hold it, on request we will tell you the source from which we received a specific piece.

3.Member publications

Members can publish only clips, GIFs and images cut from videos already in the catalogue. They are not to publish any other sexually explicit material. Anybody who does so anyway is solely responsible for it, including any record-keeping duty of their own, and we will remove it.

4.Enquiries and reports

Enquiries about this statement, and requests to identify the source of a specific piece, can be sent to 18usc@sexties.com or by post to Tzion Media SLU, Spain. Please include the exact link.

If you think that a person in any material was under 18 at the time, write at once to child-safety@sexties.com. The material will be removed while we look into it. If a person did not agree to it, write to removal@sexties.com.
